Common use of Minimum Interest of General Partner Clause in Contracts

Minimum Interest of General Partner. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary that may be expressed or implied in this Agreement, the aggregate interest of the General Partner in each material item of Partnership Revenues, gain, loss, deduction or credit shall be equal to at least one percent of each such item at all times during the existence of the Partnership. In determining the General Partner's interest in such items, Units owned by the General Partner shall not be taken into account.
