Minimum Monthly Charge. The Minimum Monthly Charge shall equal the product of the demand charge and the Contract Demand (as defined herein). Such Minimum Monthly Charge shall be in addition to any NYISO Charges or Taxes (each as defined herein) incurred by the Authority with respect to the Customer’s Allocation.
Minimum Monthly Charge. Subject to Provision A of this Agreement, the minimum monthly charge shall be the sum of items 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d below.
Minimum Monthly Charge. 3.3.10.1 For any full calendar month in which the sum of (i) interest and (ii) the Administrative Fee earned by Lender is less than the Minimum Monthly Charge, Lender will debit the difference to the Obligations as of the first day of the following calendar month, until the date on which all Obligations have been repaid (whether or not this Agreement has theretofore been terminated).
3.3.10.2 In the event that this Agreement begins on other than the first day of a calendar month or that the Obligations are fully repaid on other than the last day of a calendar month, the preceding section shall apply pro rata to such month.

For any month in which the Administrative Fee paid by Borrower to Lender hereunder is less than the Minimum Monthly Charge, the difference shall be added to Obligations as of the first day of the following month, until the date on which all Obligations have been fully repaid (whether or not this Agreement has heretofore been terminated).

B. Minimum Monthly Charge. The minimum monthly charge shall not be less than the sum of (a), (b), and (c) below:
Minimum Monthly Charge. Notwithstanding the principal amount of the debit balance of the Loan Account Ledger, and in addition to fees or charges for items other than interest described herein, Debtor agrees to pay Lender, as of the first day of the next succeeding month, at least $25,000.00* per calendar month for every calendar month during the scheduled term of this Agreement including any renewal terms, as stated in Section 9. TERMINATION hereof (but discounted in the event of an earlier termination of this Agreement as requested by Debtor), which monthly amount shall be reduced by any interest paid to Lender for such month only, and not reduced by the cumulative interest paid to Lender during the term of this Agreement (hereinafter "Minimum Monthly Charge"). Lender may debit as principal any unpaid portion of such charge to Debtor's Loan Account Ledger. Such Minimum Monthly Charge shall constitute, among other things, partial compensation for Lender's benefit of its bargain, including, without limitation, loss of future interest income to Lender if this Agreement were to be terminated by Debtor before the end of that term set forth in Section 9. TERMINATION below, and partial remuneration of Lender's fixed costs associated with Lender's business (which costs may be amortized during the full term of this Agreement). Unless otherwise specifically expressed in writing, only one Minimum Monthly Charge applies to all Obligations and agreements between Debtor, Debtor's affiliated companies (where applicable) and Lender. * (combined limit with Featherlite Credit Corporation)

3.2.8.3 If Borrower requests Lender to consent to termination of this Agreement on a date earlier than Section 11 permits, Borrower shall pay Lender the Termination Charges.
Minimum Monthly Charge. 3.2.8.1 For any full month in which the sum of (i) the aggregate interest paid by the Affiliates to Lender, and (ii) the aggregate collateral management fees (including, without limitation, the Collateral Management Fee) paid by the Affiliates to Lender is less than the Minimum Monthly Charge, Lender shall debit the difference to the Obligations as of the first day of the following month, until the date on which all Obligations have been fully repaid (whether or not this Agreement has heretofore been terminated).
3.2.8.2 In the event that this Agreement begins on other than the first day of a month, or that the Obligations are fully repaid on other than the last day of a month, the preceding section shall apply pro-rata to such month.
3.2.8.3 If Borrower requests Lender to consent to termination of this Agreement on a date earlier than Section 11 permits, Borrower shall pay Lender the Termination Charges as computed pursuant to Section 1.58.
