Common use of Minimum Monthly Charge Clause in Contracts

Minimum Monthly Charge. The Minimum Monthly Charge shall equal the product of the demand charge and the Contract Demand (as defined herein). Such Minimum Monthly Charge shall be in addition to any NYISO Charges or Taxes (each as defined herein) incurred by the Authority with respect to the Customer’s Allocation.
