To the extent required by the HIPAA Regulations, Practice-Web shall Use and Disclose on behalf of Client only the minimum amount of PHI necessary to provide the Services. Minimum Necessary shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the HIPAA Regulations or in any later guidance issued by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“HHS”).
