Business Associate shall make reasonable efforts to limit the use and disclosure of, and request for, Protected Health Information to the minimum amount of information necessary to accomplish the intended purpose of the use, disclosure, or request, subject to any applicable exceptions under the HIPAA Privacy Regulations.
