Common use of Minimum Parameters Clause in Contracts

Minimum Parameters. Standard 3 hours • The 3 hour guarantee only applies when the employee must come in to the office to work IRL 3 hours • Work performed at call in is 1.5x Therapeutic Apheresis 3 hours • Minimum 3 hours if called in.
