Common use of Minimum Principal Amount Clause in Contracts

Minimum Principal Amount. No sale of the Notes to any one Subsequent Purchaser will be for less than U.S.$1,000 principal amount and no Note will be issued in a smaller principal amount. If the Subsequent Purchaser is a non-bank fiduciary acting on behalf of one or more third parties, each third party for whom it is acting must purchase at least U.S.$1,000 principal amount of the Notes.
