Minimum Quantity Per Each Order. Each and every purchase order made by the Agent, according to this Agreement shall not be less than 5,000 units of the Product (“Minimum quantity per order obligation”). Notwithstanding the aforesaid, it is hereby agreed that first purchase order made by the Agent shall not be subject to the Minimum quantity per order obligation.
