Common use of Minimum Quarterly EBITDARS Clause in Contracts

Minimum Quarterly EBITDARS. Maintain at all times minimum EBITDARS for the trailing three months, on a consolidated basis, equal to or greater than $1,000,000, reported at each Fiscal Quarter-end commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending March 31, 2010.
