Minimum Registry-Level Fees. The total Registry-Level Transaction Fees owed by Registry Operator under paragraph (c) above shall in no case be less than US $90,000 per rolling twelve month period, commencing as of the date on which Registry Operator actually first begins accepting registrations from ICANN Accredited Registrars (the “Limited Launch”). Amounts due hereunder shall be pro-rated for the first twelvemonth period following Limited Launch.
