Minimum Staffing on Train Services. 17.1. SRT shall use all reasonable endeavours to maintain a minimum staffing level for every train service of two members of staff; 17.2. The non-driver member of staff on a train service will be required to carry out customer service duties including taking appropriate measures to deal with unruly behaviour by any passengers in so far as reasonably practicable in the absence of police assistance and calling for police assistance when it is required.
