MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR AERONAUTICAL ACTIVITIES. LESSOR may, with due notice, from time-to-time, adopt and enforce reasonable Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activities, and amendments thereto, and the LESSEE agrees to observe and comply with the same. However, any minimum standards which may be developed and promulgated in the future and during the Term of this Agreement shall not have the effect of imposing upon LESSEE the requirements of additional facilities, services or standards beyond that set forth in this Agreement.
