Common use of Minimum Stated Amount Clause in Contracts

Minimum Stated Amount. The Stated Amount of each Letter of --------------------- Credit shall be not less than $100,000 or such lesser amount as is acceptable to the Issuing Bank and in no event shall there be more than five Letters of Credit outstanding at any time or such greater amount as is acceptable to the Issuing Bank.
