Common use of Minimum Stay Clause in Contracts

Minimum Stay. Renting this Property requires a minimum stay of the following: 1 week. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If the Guest wishes to take the rental for less than the minimum stay, the Guest will be charged for the entire minimum stay rather than the actual number of days the Guest stays.
