Minimum Steam Supply Obligation. Following the Initial Operating Period, and for the balance of the Term and, as applicable, the Option Term, Provider shall supply a minimum of ***** lbs/hr of Conforming Steam on an instant (continuous) basis (the “Minimum Steam Supply Obligation”) which, on a net instant basis, equates to ***** MMBTUs/hr based upon the Nominal Conditions.
