Minimum System Requirements. Your computer(s) or other premises equipment connected to Moundville facilities must meet certain minimum requirements in order to utilize the Service. It may also be necessary to install inside wiring or other facilities to complete installation of the Service. Any fees for such wiring and/or equipment will be billed to You based on the rate(s) or price(s) set forth in Our Tariff for technicians or for such equipment. You agree that We, and our employees, agents, contractors and representatives shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or destruction occurring as a result of the installation of any inside wiring and/or equipment at Your premises. You acknowledge that DSL requires a working telephone line and that You are solely responsible for the costs associated, directly or indirectly, with said line (which may be provided by Moundville as part of a bundle). OUR LIABILITY, IF ANY, FOR FAILURES IN WIRING AND/OR EQUIPMENT, WHETHER CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF OUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS AND/OR REPRESENTATIVES OR OTHERWISE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO A CREDIT FOR THE CHARGES BILLED TO YOU FOR INSTALLATION OF THE SERVICE. You are obligated to notify Us immediately of any alleged failures in wiring and/or equipment installed by Us for which a credit allowance is desired. Before giving such notice, You are responsible for ascertaining that the trouble is not being caused by any act or omission in Your control, or is not in the wiring or equipment that You have furnished and is connected to Our facilities.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, OUR LIABILITY, IF ANY, FOR BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY KNOLOGY INSTALLED CABLING, WIRING, AND/OR EQUIPMENT SHALL BE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF COVERAGE PROVIDED BY THE COMBINED LIMIT OF KNOLOGY’S GENERAL LIABILITY AND UMBRELLA LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICIES. You are obligated to notify Us immediately of any alleged failures in wiring and/or equipment installed by Us for which a credit allowance is desired.
