Minimum Unencumbered Interest Coverage Ratio. The Parent shall not permit the ratio of (i) Unencumbered Net Operating Income any fiscal quarter ending during the term of this Agreement to (ii) Unsecured Interest Expense for such fiscal quarter, to be less than 2.00 to 1.00 at any time.
