Minimum Utilization Rate of Equipment Inventory Ratio. H&E Holdings and its Subsidiaries shall have on a consolidated basis at the end of each Fiscal Quarter set forth below, a Utilization Rate of Equipment Inventory Ratio for the 12-month period then ended of not less than 28% for such Fiscal Quarter.
