Common use of Minimum Value of Redeemable Investments Clause in Contracts

Minimum Value of Redeemable Investments. No Borrower shall, during any calendar quarter for such Borrower, permit less than the Minimum Redeemable Amount of such Borrower’s Total Eligible Asset Value to be redeemable by such Borrower on or prior to the last Business Day of such calendar quarter of such Borrower.
