Common use of Mining activity Authorisations Clause in Contracts

Mining activity Authorisations. All mining tenements and Authorisations necessary and which it is possible and practical to obtain at the date of the making or repetition (as the case may be) of this representation and warranty for the carrying on of mining operations on the Tenements, the conduct of the Project, the sale of Product and for the entering into and performance by each Obligor of its obligations under the Material Contracts, have been obtained, are in full force and effect by the date of the making or repetition (as the case may be) of this representation and warranty and it has no reason to believe that those to be obtained in the future will not be granted.
