Lessor may approve the inclusion of the Leased Premises in a mining unit with federal, private or other non-state lands upon terms and conditions that it deems necessary to protect the interests of the Lessor, including without limitation segregation of production, accounting for commingled leased substances production, and minimum production requirements or minimum royalties for the Leased Premises.
