Common use of Mining Works Clause in Contracts

Mining Works. All assessments or other work required to be performed in relation to the mining claims and the mining rights of the Corporation in order to maintain the Property Rights to date, if any, have been performed to date and the Corporation has complied in all material respects with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and policies in this regard as well as with regard to legal, contractual obligations to third parties in this regard except in respect of mining claims and mining rights that the Corporation intends to abandon or relinquish and except for any non-compliance which would not either individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect; all such mining claims and mining rights are in good standing in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement.

Mining Works. All assessments or other work required to be performed in relation to the mining claims and the mining rights of the Corporation in order to maintain the Cobalt Hill Property Rights to date, if any, have been performed to date and the Corporation has complied in all material respects with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and policies in this regard as well as with regard to legal, contractual obligations to third parties in this regard except in respect of mining claims and mining rights that the Corporation intends to abandon or relinquish and except for any non-compliance which would not either individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect; all such mining claims and mining rights are in good standing in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement.

All assessments or other work required to be performed in relation to the mining claims and the mining rights of the Corporation in order to maintain the Cupz Property Rights to date, if any, have been performed to date and the Corporation has complied in all material respects with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and policies in this regard as well as with regard to legal, contractual obligations to third parties in this regard except in respect of mining claims and mining rights that the Corporation intends to abandon or relinquish and except for any non-compliance which would not either individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect; all such mining claims and mining rights are in good standing in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement.

All assessments or other work required to be performed in relation to the mining claims and the mining rights of the Corporation in order to maintain the Xxxx Property Rights to date, if any, have been performed to date and the Corporation has complied in all material respects with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and policies in this regard as well as with regard to legal, contractual obligations to third parties in this regard except in respect of mining claims and mining rights that the Corporation intends to abandon or relinquish and except for any non-compliance which would not either individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect; all such mining claims and mining rights are in good standing in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement.

All assessments or other work required to be performed in relation to the mining claims and the mining rights of the Corporation in order to maintain the Isla Property Rights to date, if any, have been performed to date and the Corporation has complied in all material respects with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and policies in this regard as well as with regard to legal, contractual obligations to third parties in this regard except in respect of mining claims and mining rights that the Corporation intends to abandon or relinquish and except for any non-non- compliance which would not either individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect; all such mining claims and mining rights are in good standing in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement.

All assessments or other work required to be performed in relation to the mining claims and the mining rights of the Corporation in order to maintain its interests in the Property Rights to dateMining Properties, if any, have been performed to date and the Corporation has complied in all material respects with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and policies in this regard as well as with regard to legal, contractual obligations to third parties in this regard except in respect of mining claims and mining rights that the Corporation intends to abandon or relinquish and except for any non-compliance which would not either individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect; all such mining claims and mining rights are in good standing in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement.

All assessments or other work required to be performed in relation to the mining claims and the mining rights of the Corporation in order to maintain the Silver Dollar Property Rights to date, if any, have been performed to date and the Corporation has complied in all material respects with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and policies in this regard as well as with regard to legal, contractual obligations to third parties in this regard except in respect of mining claims and mining rights that the Corporation intends to abandon or relinquish and except for any non-compliance which would not either individually or in the aggregate have a Material Adverse Effect; all such mining claims and mining rights are in good standing in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement.
