Common use of Ministerial Amendments Clause in Contracts

Ministerial Amendments. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 8.6, the parties to this Agreement may in writing, at any time and from time to time, without the approval of the SVS Holders but subject to the approval of the CSE, amend or modify this Agreement to cure any ambiguity or to correct or supplement any provision contained in this Agreement or in any amendment to this Agreement that may be defective or inconsistent with any other provision contained in this Agreement or that amendment, or to make such other provisions in regard to matters or questions arising under this Agreement, as shall not adversely affect the interest of the SVS Holders.
