A Respective Seller of any Property located in the State of Minnesota (the “Minnesota Property”) hereby represents and warrants to such Respective Seller’s actual knowledge as follows: (A) there are no xxxxx on the Minnesota Property or any individual sewage treatment systems on or serving such Minnesota Property, and sewage generated from the Minnesota Property goes to a facility permitted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and (B) no methamphetamine production has occurred on the Minnesota Property.
