Minor Ailments Sample Clauses
The 'Minor Ailments' clause defines how minor, non-serious medical conditions are addressed within the context of an agreement, such as an insurance policy or employment contract. Typically, this clause outlines which ailments are considered minor and may specify that certain benefits, claims, or leave entitlements do not apply to these conditions. For example, it might exclude common colds or mild headaches from coverage or paid sick leave. The core function of this clause is to set clear boundaries on what is considered a minor ailment, thereby preventing misuse of benefits and ensuring that resources are reserved for more significant health issues.
