Minor Production Clause Samples

The Minor Production clause defines the terms and conditions under which small-scale or low-budget productions are governed within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific thresholds—such as budget limits or production size—that qualify a project as a minor production, and may adjust certain obligations, rights, or compensation accordingly. Its core function is to ensure that the contractual requirements are proportionate to the scale of the production, thereby providing flexibility and reducing administrative or financial burdens for smaller projects.
