Minority and Women Business Enterprise Policy (Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. During the performance of this contract, the contractor agrees to comply with Executive Order 12138 entitled “Women Business Enterprise Policy” which includes, but is not limited to, creating or supporting new programs responsive to the special needs of women business enterprises, establishing incentives to promote business or business-related opportunities of women business enterprises, collecting and disseminating information in support of women business enterprise in ensuring to women business enterprises knowledge of any ready access to business-related services and resources.
