Minority and Women-Owned Contractors. Borrower shall use its best efforts to afford minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the construction of the Development. Borrower shall, at a minimum, notify applicable minority-owned and women- owned business firms located in Contra Costa County of bid opportunities for the construction of the Development. A listing of minority owned and women owned businesses located in the County and neighboring counties is available from the County. Documentation of such notifications must be maintained by Borrower and available to the County upon request.
