Minority and Women-Owned Contractors. Developer shall use its best efforts to afford minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the construction of the Improvements. Developer shall, at a minimum, notify applicable minority-owned and women- owned business firms located in Contra Costa County of bid opportunities for the construction of the Improvements. A listing of minority owned and women owned businesses located in the County and neighboring counties is available from the County. Documentation of such notifications must be maintained by Developer and available to the County upon request.
