MINORITY PARTNERS. SCHEDULE 6.27 hereto sets forth the holders of the minority interests (the "Minority Partners") in each of the Subsidiaries. To Seller's Knowledge, no Minority Partner that qualifies or in the past has qualified, pursuant to the terms of any Contract of the Company or of any Subsidiary, as a "Disadvantaged Business Enterprise" (as defined in 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 23) or similar entity fails to meet such requirements.

Red Hat is not responsible for (a) the actions of Business Partners, (b) any additional obligations Business Partners have to Client, or (c) any products or services that Business Partners supply to Client under any separate agreements between a Business Partner and Client.
