Common use of Minute Books Clause in Contracts

Minute Books. The minute books and other similar records of the Parent and each of its Subsidiaries contain, in all material respects, complete and accurate records of all actions taken at any meetings of directors (or committees thereof) and stockholders or actions by written consent in lieu of the holding of any such meetings since the time of organization of each such corporation through the date of this Agreement. The Parent has provided true and complete copies of all such minute books and other similar records to the Company’s representatives.

Minute Books. The minute books and other similar records of the Parent and each of its Subsidiaries Parent Subsidiary contain, in all material respects, complete and accurate records of all actions taken at any meetings of directors (or committees thereof) and stockholders or actions by written consent in lieu of the holding of any such meetings since the time of organization of each such corporation through the date of this Agreement. The Parent has provided true and complete copies of all such minute books books, and other similar records to the Company’s representatives.

The Parent has provided true and complete copies of all such minute books and other similar records to the Company’s representatives.

The minute books and other similar records of the Parent and each of its the Parent Subsidiaries contain, in all material respects, complete and accurate records of all actions taken at any meetings of directors (or committees thereof) and stockholders or actions by written consent in lieu of the holding of any such meetings since the time of organization September 21, 2018 of each such corporation through the date of this Agreement. The Parent has provided true and complete copies of all such minute books and other similar records to the Company’s representatives.

Minute Books. The minute books made available to Parent contain a true and other similar records of the Parent and each of its Subsidiaries contain, in all material respects, complete and accurate records record of all actions action taken at any all meetings of directors (or committees thereof) and stockholders or actions by all written consent consents in lieu of the holding meetings of any such meetings since the time of organization of each such corporation through the date of this Agreement. The Parent has provided true and complete copies of all such minute books directors, stockholders and other similar records to equityholders, members, subcommittees and committees of the Company’s representativesboards of directors of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
