Common use of Miramar Venture Partners Clause in Contracts

Miramar Venture Partners. Miramar Venture Partners (together with its affiliates, “Miramar”) may designate one person to attend all meetings of the Board as a nonvoting observer (the “Miramar Observer” and together with the IGC Observers, the “Observers”). The initial Miramar Observer shall be Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx. Miramar may change the Miramar Observer at any time immediately upon notice to the Company.
