Miscellaneous Adjustment. If the Closing occurs after June 7, 1999: ------------------------ (i) the amount to be paid, as Purchase Price, under Section 1.4.1, shall be increased by $250,000 and, therefore the Aggregate Price shall be deemed increased by $250,000; (ii) the amount of Escrow Cash Amount to be delivered to the Escrow Agent under Section 1.4.4 shall be decreased by $250,000; and (iii) the aggregate principal amount of the Escrow Note to be delivered to the Escrow Agent under Section 1.4.3 shall be increased by $250,000.
