Common use of Miscellaneous Documents Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous Documents. Each of Seller and Purchaser will execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, any and all conveyances, assignments and all other instruments and documents as may be required by the Approved Title Commitment, or reasonably requested by the other party or the Title Company in order to complete the transaction herein provided and to carry out the intent and purposes of this Agreement in a manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
