Miscellaneous Equipment. Contractor shall provide the following items of Equipment: F 4.1 Xxxxxxx, Chainsaws and Equipment. Three (3) chainsaw kits are required for each 20-person Crew. Each kit must consist of a chainsaw (minimum 24 inch Bar and 3.60 cubic inch size motor), chaps, extra chain, chainsaw wrench, and appropriate size round and flat sharpening files. A falling axe and falling wedges are required for bucking downed trees. Contractor shall also provide hearing protection and chainsaw chaps to Xxxxxxx and assure that they are worn during saw operations. The chaps must meet US Forest Service Specification 6170-4F or later, or meet the requirements of NFPA 1977. The chaps must be in good condition and must cover the full length of the thigh to 2 inches below the top of the boot on each leg to protect the legs from injury due to inadvertent and accidental contact with a moving power chainsaw.
Miscellaneous Equipment. The proposed generation facility shall include the following miscellaneous equipment: o Air compressors, dryers, and receivers for instrument and plant air systems. Two air compressor systems capable of producing air as required (at 125 psig) shall be provided, with the plant air system piped to provide backup for the instrument air system. The air receiver shall be 1,000 gallons minimum to minimize cycling of the air compressors. o Safety showers and eyewash stations shall be provided in chemical handling areas and in battery room.

Miscellaneous Equipment. In addition, the Township shall furnish a new officer one handgun, new or as new, which shall be in satisfactory condition. Said gun and other equipment, i.e., holster, handcuffs, night stick, Rules and Regulations, shield, etc., shall be returned to the Township upon termination of the officer's employment.
Miscellaneous Equipment. In case of AIS Substation, Seller shall install the following equipment in accordance with the provisions set forth in Paragraph 1.1(c) and Paragraph 1.1(d) of this Schedule, respectively:
(1) supporting structures and gantry as per CEB standard;
(2) conductors & insulators;
(3) busbars & fittings;
(4) control panel, circuit breakers & isolating switches; and
(5) fibre-optic interfaces.
Miscellaneous Equipment. Lessor shall provide only necessary items (such as ----------------------- cables, manuals, kickplates, and microfiche) as required to have the Equipment accepted for the manufacture's maintenance agreement. Additional items (such as specific length cables) shall be provided at Lessee's expense.
Miscellaneous Equipment a) Equipment required by the DISTRICT for the performance of customary job duties will be provided by the DISTRICT.
b) For Transportation Supervisors, such items include radio, camera, ticket book and holder, pepper spray and holder, flashlight, key protector, nylon utility belt with 4 keepers, cell phone and clips and round badge holder. Items not on the required list may be procured by employees upon obtaining permission from Management. Optional items that may be purchased by the employee include leather utility belt, utility tool with holder, and flat badge with holder.
c) All miscellaneous equipment provided by the District shall be returned to the District upon separation of employment.
Miscellaneous Equipment. Smithway shall pay Seller the amount set forth opposite each item on Exhibit B for the Miscellaneous Equipment, plus the sum of $100 for the California intrastate authority; provided, the headache racks, as defined in 1.14(i), shall be the lesser of (i) $1,800/unit or (ii) the book value on the depreciation schedule; and further provided that Smithway shall pay for parts, tires, supplies, and general inventory at cost (not to include out-dated or items non-usable to Smithway).
