Specialized Equipment. 5.9.1 Any specialized equipment required by the Board for employees to perform their job shall be provided by the Board.
Specialized Equipment. When the Employer requires specialized equipment that is not available in the jurisdiction and such equipment must be brought in from another jurisdiction and a condition of rental is that the lessor must supply the driver, the Union agrees that such driver may be used provided he/she is a member in good standing of a Teamsters' Local Union. In that event, he/she may be employed subject to the wages and conditions of his/her own Local Union.
Specialized Equipment. In that event, he/she may be employed subject to the wages and conditions of his/her own Local Union. Notwithstanding the above, in the unlikely event that the Employer may require specialized equipment from outside the jurisdiction and a condition of rental is the lessor supply the driver and that driver is not member of a Teamsters Local Union, that driver shall be employed at rates, terms and conditions no less than those contained herein.
Specialized Equipment. The County shall acquire any Specialized Equipment used in the Library. The City is responsible for the actual cost of obtaining and maintaining any Specialized Equipment. To ensure the City is able to properly budget for the cost of any Specialized Equipment, prior to placing an order for Specialized Equipment, (i) the County will provide a written estimate of the cost of the Specialized Equipment to the City, and (ii) must receive the City’s written consent to the acquisition. At the parties’ discretion, such writings may be in the form of emails. The City acknowledges that it is responsible for the actual cost of the Specialized Equipment, even if it varies from the estimate through no fault of the County’s.
Specialized Equipment. Upon notice of the Union, the Employer may employ persons from outside the bargaining unit to operate specialized equipment not normally operated by members of the bargaining unit, except where the operation of such equipment becomes routine or reasonably regular and sufficient members of the bargaining unit are qualified to operate such equipment.
Specialized Equipment. 12.1 The Parties to this agreement agree that it is beneficial to have different fire departments develop differing specialized services. Examples of these specialized services include but are not limited to: confined space rescue, high-angle rescue, HAZMAT, water rescue, and aerial equipment. However; nothing in this agreement limits any Party from developing any of their own specialized resources or compels any Party to develop such resources.
Specialized Equipment. Motor graders and rubber tired backhoe.
Specialized Equipment i. STATE shall reimburse COUNTY for COUNTY specialized equipment when used on a State Responsibility Area (SRA) wildland fire within COUNTY SRA Protection Areas (CPA) in accordance with criteria for determining reimbursement eligibility as outlined in the STATE/COUNTY Exhibit G, Operating Plan of this Agreement.
ii. For the purpose of this Agreement, Specialized Equipment shall include but is not limited to water tenders and overhead vehicles. Other kinds of specialized equipment may be eligible for reimbursement if authorized by STATE.
iii. Reimbursement of COUNTY specialized equipment shall be based on COUNTY operating rates on file with STATE at time of initial dispatch.
iv. COUNTY specialized equipment billed to STATE must be identified by an incident order and request number and the associated cost; such cost shall be limited to the cost of the equipment usage and equipment operator.
Specialized Equipment. (a) Acquisition. [***] shall [***] for all [***] and [***] associated with the purchase, lease, installation and qualification by DSM of any equipment, [***] or [***] that is required by [***] for the sole purpose of [***] for sale in the Territory and the [***] of which is approved in writing by [***] prior to [***] (collectively, the “Specialized Equipment”) within [***] therefor. Prior to requesting Nycomed’s approval of the acquisition or lease of Specialized Equipment, POZEN [***]. Any [***] related to [***] shall be handled in a similar manner as outlined in this Section 4.1.
Specialized Equipment. During any period in which any other Building occupant has the right to the use or benefit of such equipment, Landlord shall be responsible for repair and maintenance of the equipment located in the following areas within the Premises, as shown on Exhibit A (the "Specialized Equipment"): (a) boiler room for 50-150 PSI steam, (b) de-ionized water, (c) compressed air and vacuum pump, and (d) mechanical/electrical room. All of the Specialized Equipment is located in the Premises and Landlord reserves from the Lease the right to access the Specialized Equipment as and when necessary to perform its obligations hereunder. All costs relating to the Specialized Equipment shall be paid by the Building occupants that have the right to the use or benefit of the Specialized Equipment and Landlord shall not be required to bear any costs relating to the Specialized Equipment. At any time when Tenant is the only party who has the right to the use or benefit of the Specialized Equipment, Tenant shall be responsible, at Tenant's cost, for all repair and maintenance thereof, in accordance with standards acceptable to Landlord in its reasonable discretion.
