Miscellaneous Policy Provisions. The marine cargo, property damage (including machinery) insurance policies effected pursuant to this Section 5.9 shall not include any annual or term aggregate limits of liability or clause requiring the payment of an additional premium to reinstate the limits after loss except as regards the insurance applicable to the perils of flood, earth movement, sabotage and terrorism.
