Common use of Misdirected Payment Fee Clause in Contracts

Misdirected Payment Fee. For each such occurrence, Borrower agrees to pay to Lender fifteen percent (15%) of the amount of any payment on account of any Receivable where said payment has been received by Borrower and not delivered in kind or the proceeds paid by Borrower to Lender within 2 business days.

Misdirected Payment Fee.
