Common use of Misdirected Payment Fee Clause in Contracts

Misdirected Payment Fee. Any Misdirected Payment Fee immediately upon its accrual. It is recognized that the costs imposed upon Purchaser by the Seller’s action or inaction resulting in the imposition of this fee are difficult to ascertain, and this fee represents the good faith effort to compensate Purchaser without imposing upon the parties the expensive burden of litigating that cost, and is the agreed liquidated damages with result therefrom.
