Misrepresentation of Material Fact. To the best of Lessee's knowledge, information and believe, no document or contract that was shown to Lessor and which in any way affects any of the properties, assets or proposed transactions of Lessee as such relates to this Agreement, no certificate or statement furnished by or on behalf of Lessee in connection with this Agreement, nor this Agreement itself contains any untrue statement of material fact or omits to state a material fact which would make the statements contained herein misleading.
