Misrepresentations by You. Any misrepresentation in placing the order, whether innocent or fraudulent, shall disqualify you from the Rebate and other rebates offered by Xxxxx. Xxxxx reserves its right to refer to you (or any other person connected with any misrepresentation) for civil or criminal prosecution.
