Missing Communication. The Agent may, if it is unable to obtain instructions or communicate with a Lender after making reasonable attempts to do so, either refrain from acting as Agent on behalf of such Lender or take such action on behalf of such Lender as it in its absolute discretion deems appropriate, and shall not be liable to such Lender as a result of any such action or inaction.
