Common use of Missing or Insufficient Review Materials Clause in Contracts

Missing or Insufficient Review Materials. The Asset Representations Reviewer will review the Review Materials to determine if any Review Materials are missing or insufficient for the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform any Test. If the Asset Representations Reviewer reasonably determines that any of the Review Materials are missing or insufficient for the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform any Test, the Asset Representations Reviewer will notify the Servicer promptly, and in any event no less than twenty (20) calendar days before completing the Review, and the Servicer will use reasonable efforts to provide the Asset Representations Reviewer access to such missing Review Materials or other documents or information to correct the insufficiency within fifteen (15) calendar days. If the missing or insufficient Review Materials have not been provided by the Servicer within sixty (60) calendar days, the parties agree that the Subject Receivable will have a Test Incomplete for the related Test(s) and the Review Report will indicate the reason for the Test Incomplete.
