Missing Participants. In the event that MassMutual cannot from its records ascertain the whereabouts of a participant or beneficiary entitled to a distribution from the Plan, MassMutual will notify the Plan Sponsor. The Plan Sponsor is responsible for locating missing participants and directing MassMutual as to the disposition of missing participants’ benefits.
