Missing Persons Policy. Under federal law (The Higher Education Opportunity Act), the Tenant has the right to confidentially register the name and contact information of an individual that Tenant would like to be contacted (within twenty-four (24) hours) if it is determined that Tenant is missing from the Residential Facility and/or Tenant’s whereabouts are unknown for a period of twenty-four (24) hours or more.
