MISSTATEMENT OR OMISSION OF MATERIAL FACT. If: i. any answer or representation by You, before this contract of insurance is entered into, varied or renewed, in or to any proposal or declaration or query, has been deliberately or recklessly incorrectly stated in any respect; or ii. before this contract of insurance is entered into, varied or renewed, You have failed to disclose any fact You knew to be relevant to Our decision on whether to accept the risk or not and the rates and the terms to be applied; or iii. any claim made shall be fraudulent or exaggerated, or if any false declaration or statement shall be made in support of such claim then in any of the above cases, this Policy shall be void.
