Common use of Misuse or Failure to Use Funds Clause in Contracts

Misuse or Failure to Use Funds. (A) The Grantee agrees that it will use the funds granted hereunder, or as much as may be necessary, to carry out the aforesaid project in accordance with the terms of this Contract. If after all or any part of the funds has been paid to the Grantee and the Grantee shall fail to carry out the activities, the Grantee shall repay the Grantor the funds theretofore paid.
