Misuse or Infringement. Ambassador will use its best efforts to notify BCD promptly of any misuse or infringement of BCD Intellectual Property of which it becomes aware, and will cooperate with BCD , where reasonably necessary, to protect BCD Intellectual Property against infringement. Any decision to take action against misuse or infringement will be entirely at BCD ’s discretion, and any damages recovered will be solely for BCD .
