Mitigation of Loss. The Purchaser shall procure that all reasonable steps are taken and all reasonable assistance is given to avoid or mitigate any losses which in the absence of mitigation might give rise to a liability in respect of a Warranty Claim or under the Tax Deed including, for the avoidance of doubt, pursuing any claims which any of the Group Companies may have against third parties which are likely to be recovered following reasonable efforts.
