MKDG Commercialization Sample Clauses

MKDG Commercialization. As between the Parties, MKDG (itself or through its Related Parties) will have the sole right and responsibility to Commercialize Products in the Territory during the MKDG Phase for the applicable Collaboration Target. MKDG shall conduct, and ensure that its Related Parties conduct, all Commercialization activities for the Development Candidates and Products in compliance with all Applicable Laws.
